Phase II Plant of Sanhua (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was Completed Successfully

“Flags are flying to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the founding of Sanhua, and guests are all here to celebrate the opening of phase II plant of Sanhua (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.”.

From 1984 to 2024, the past 40 years witnessed Sanhua’s achievements. From 2018 to 2024, Sanhua (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., adhering to the culture of Sanhua, carrying forward the spirit of Sanhua and following the strategy of Sanhua, ushers in its sixth birthday. It also celebrates the completion ceremony of the second phase of the plant and took an important step in the global layout of Sanhua.

On September 4, 2024, phase II plant of Sanhua (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was successfully completed, and the completion ceremony was held. Colorful flags fluttered in the wind along the road, and guests from all walks of life arrived one after another: representatives of relevant government departments in Haiphong City, Vietnam, guests from customers at home and abroad, and heads of the company’s headquarters and household headquarters, totaling more than 90 people, attended the ceremony.

01 Focus on the Value of Industrial Chain

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Yu Lijun, General Manager of Sanhua (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. Mr. Yu reviewed the development process of Sanhua Vietnam’s Factory in the past 6 years: in 2018, from zero to one, with the style of “quick response and immediate action”, the batch supply of stop valves, cube valves and four-way valves was completed in a short period of time; in 2021, the investment was increased to build a new phase I plant, and a complete industrial chain from raw material smelting to finished product assembly was built. In 2024, the phase II plant will be completed, and production lines such as coils and accumulators will be gradually put into planning. Two “three years”, from the initial lease of the plant to the completion of the phase II plant, witnessed the rapid growth of Sanhua in Vietnam, and witnessed the sustainable development of the global layout of Sanhua.

02 Undertake the Mission of Global Industrial Layout

At the ceremony, Mr. Wang Dayong, Director of Sanhua Holding Group and President of Sanhua Intelligent Controls, delivered a speech. General Manager Wang pointed out: “Sanhua (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. is an important fulcrum of Sanhua Holding Group’s globalization strategy, shouldering the important mission of promoting the global industrial layout.” The successful completion of the phase II plant is the beginning of a new stage of development of Sanhua Vietnam. Next, Sanhua Vietnam will further expand its product line, continue to improve its production capacity, and strive to improve product quality and provide Sanhua products and services to more customers worldwide.

03 Rapid Response to Customer Needs

Mr. Quan Maoshen, General Manager of Daikin (China) Co., Ltd., spoke as a customer representative. Mr. Quan said that Sanhua develops at a very rapid speed and excellent management level, and the opinions put forward during the first visit to Sanhua were quickly responded to, reflecting Sanhua’s style of “quick response and immediate action”. President Quan pointed out that the completion of Sanhua Vietnam’s phase II plant is of great significance, which will respond to the increasing demand for air-conditioning parts supply from global customers and provide high-quality products and services to global customers.

04 Take Root in Vietnam and Benefit People’s Livelihood

Mr. Le Trung Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong HAI PHONG ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY, spoke as a representative of the government department. When talking about the development of Sanhua Vietnam, Director Le said: “Sanhua (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. has created an average annual revenue of more than 31 million US dollars in Haiphong, which has made great contributions to the tax revenue and economic restructuring of Haiphong, brought income to local workers, and guaranteed the people’s livelihood.”

05 New Automated Production Line

Sanhua invites leaders and guests to visit the brand-new factory building. The new automated production line has attracted everyone’s attention. The Vietnam factory has an efficient and intelligent production line and strives for excellence in quality control and delivery. The second phase of the new plant is planned to be 80 mu, and the production lines of electronic expansion valves, accumulators and coils will be added to provide customers with more abundant product support and create higher revenue.

06 Join Hands to Plant “Sanhua Evergreen Tree”

After the ceremony, the company organized the activity of planting “Sanhua evergreen tree” hand in hand. The heads of the company and the business units planted one evergreen tree beside the new plant, expressing their best wishes for the completion and development of the phase II plant of Sanhua Vietnam.
